More Than 24 Hours Before Journey

  • Eligible for refund after deduction of applicable payment gateway, processing, or administrative charges.
  • Refund amount may vary depending on the booking type and payment method.

Less Than 24 Hours Before Journey

  • Cancellation charges may apply.
  • Partial refund may be provided at our discretion.

After Vehicle Dispatch

  • No refund shall be applicable once the vehicle has been assigned, dispatched, or the journey has commenced.

2. Booking Modification

Customers may request changes to:

  • Pickup location
  • Drop location
  • Travel date
  • Travel time
  • Vehicle preference

All modification requests are subject to vehicle availability and operational feasibility.

Additional charges may apply depending on the requested changes.


3. Cancellation by Rani Tour and Travels

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to:

  • Vehicle unavailability
  • Driver unavailability
  • Operational issues
  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Safety concerns
  • Force majeure events
  • Incorrect booking information

In such cases, customers may be offered:

  • An alternative vehicle
  • Rescheduling of the booking
  • A refund where applicable

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Failed booking with successful payment

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

7 to 15 business days

depending on:

  • Bank processing time
  • Payment gateway processing
  • Financial institution policies

Actual credit timelines may vary.


7. Payment Gateway Charges

Any payment gateway charges, transaction fees, convenience fees, or banking charges deducted during payment processing may be non-refundable.


8. Cash Payments

For bookings paid in cash, approved refunds may be processed through:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI
  • Other mutually agreed payment methods

Valid payment details may be required before processing.


9. Force Majeure

No refund or compensation shall be payable for cancellations, delays, interruptions, or service disruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Epidemics
  • Pandemics
  • Government orders
  • Civil unrest
  • Road blockages

10. Special Tour Packages

Tour packages, holiday packages, group bookings, wedding transportation, corporate bookings, and customized travel plans may have separate cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.
